Franchising

Willpower is a home-based, management franchise delivering legal services to consumers, usually in their own home but occasionally at their place or work or other mutually convenient location.

We have a wide range of advice driven solutions for which full training and support will be provided.

As a franchisee you will be responsible for managing and marketing the business in a unique territory. That means that you will be marketing to consumers and key introduction sources such as other professionals and local employers in your locality. If required you will recruit, train and manage a team of people to provide advice to customers on your behalf.

What we provide

The partnership between franchisee and franchisor is essential to the long-term success of the business. You need to be sure your franchisor is a business you can trust.

  • We are one of the longest established specialist Will writing firms in the country and we have seen many competitors spring up, promise the world and then disappear. We promise to tell it to you like it is – even if you won’t like what you hear.

  • One of the first firms in the country to become compliant with the Institute of Professional Willwriters Code of Practice, approved by the Trading Standards Institute.

  • Over 23 years of experience with a reputation as an ethical, market-leading business.

  • Our managing director is a recognised expert in Wills and Estate Planning and regulatory issues in the legal sector.

  • Comprehensive technical support and marketing know-how that works.

  • A proven business process that is likely to meet future regulatory requirements.

  • Extensive initial and on-going training to obtain and maintain membership of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.

What you provide

We don’t have a huge network of franchisees because we are selective about who we recruit to represent our brand. Successfulfranchisors are people who are:

  • Are looking to run their own business and take control of their future

  • Want to work in a business where they can make a genuine difference to people’s lives, sometimes at times when they are in distress.

  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Able to work from home, at least in the early stages of their business

We are particularly looking for people who already run a small business in the Willwriting sector which is not based in any of the geographic areas that we currently operate in, who are looking for the support of an established and experinced team.
