Considering Writing a Will On-line?

You shouldn't!

A Will is an individual, personal document to suit your particular circumstances and needs and must be written with skill and precision.

To do this adequately requires a face-to-face discussion to discuss your wishes and circumstances. Often there is more than one way of dealing with a problem.

Even questions need to be clearly understood before they are answered.

For example;

  1. If you were asked "how many children do you have?", would you know whether to include natural children, step-children, illegitimate children, foster-children or adopted children?
  2. If you were asked to put an approximate value on your estate in order to estimate any Inheritance Tax liability, would you know what to include and what could be discounted?

If you put the wrong figures on an internet questionnaire, it could make a total nonsense of the resulting Will.

Everything that you have worked for is covered by your Will. It makes no sense whatsoever to risk it by cutting corners.

A qualified Will writing consultant is vital to that process. It is only through an in-depth discussion that your Will can be tailored to meet all of your needs and circumstances.

A First-Class Will and a second-class brain will always be better than a First-Class brain and a second-class Will
